WHOAH! I've made this long ago, when I was addicted to baking.
This cake was very chocolate-ty & calorie-bomb hahaha...
It lasted like almost a week to eat it up, since it was heavy in the stomach
As you can see it's only half cake, I forgot to take pic of whole cake, before I share the half to my friends haha..
The thumb shows you how it looks when you cut it out
Flavor Inside:
♥ Chocolate cake layers
♥ Chocolate Mousse
Decoration:
♥ Smashed nuts
♥ Shreded coconut
♥ Pieces of Black Chocolate
♥ Black Chocolate Swirls
Tip for Swirls:
• Get a bar of chocolate of your choice
• Use your palm to warm up the chocolate, so it gets soften a bit (not melting tho)
• Lay it on cutting board, so that the flat surface is on top.
• Cut it smaller, in case you would like to have smaller swirls
• Use very sharp long knife, starting from outside against your body, and slightly peel towards your body.
• The more you press down, the thicker the swirl is, but you would like the thin one, so just use less strength
Voíla! You get the cool swirls. Keep them in the fridge before use, so the shape is firm, when you hold them.
